Ich bin leidenschaftliche Sportlerin und verbringe viel Zeit im Freien oder auch im Fitnessstudio. Während meinem Workout kann ich super abschalten, mich auspowern und zugleich wieder Energie tanken. Ansonsten beschäftige ich mich gerne mit gesunder Ernährung und könnte stundenlang in der Küche stehen und experimentieren, das führt zu meiner inneren Ruhe.
Meine Sportbegeisterung war jedoch nicht immer so ausgeprägt und deshalb möchte ich euch gerne erzählen wie ich dazu gekommen bin – denn es hat nicht nur mit meinem Sieg als Miss Vorarlberg 2010 zu tun.

Vor ein paar Jahren fühlte ich mich durch meinen Ganztagsjob unausgeglichen und wusste, ich will etwas verändern. Anfangs waren es nur kurze Sporteinheiten pro Tag, schnell wurde mir das jedoch zu wenig und daraufhin habe ich mich im Gym angemeldet. Dort merkte ich allerdings rasch, dass ich nach einer kurzen Einführung und Kennenlernen der wichtigsten Geräte auf mich alleine gestellt war. Mir wurde klar, dass mir das zu wenig war – ich wollte mehr! Mehr Fitness, mehr Wissen und so folgte die erste Anmeldung zur Fitnesstrainerausbildung …
